Managing Partner

Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Mr. Cashman was with Salomon Smith Barney in the Global Telecommunications Corporate Finance Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the wireline and wireless segments of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Cashman is focused on the wireline broadband infrastructure and services portion of the firm’s portfolio. He is currently Chairman of Baja Broadband and serves on the Board of Directors of Zayo Group, CSDVRS, Corelink Data Centers, PlumChoice and has an observer Board of Directors seat at GTS Central Europe. Previous board seats include MCCC ICG Holdings (sold to Level 3), Cavalier Telephone (sold to PAETEC), City Signal Communications (sold to Cavalier Telephone), Elantic Networks (merged with Cavalier Telephone), FDN Networks (merged with NuVox Communications). He also previously held an observer Board of Director seat at NuVox Communications (sold to WindStream) and Telution (sold to CSG). Mr. Cashman graduated cum laude from Duke University receiving an AB in economics with distinction.
